Trash Removal – Please be sure not to put furniture and mattresses in the dumpsters.l Please take these items to the city dump. If management sees this happening there will be a fine for removal

Laundry Rooms- We recently received a number of complaints regarding the efficiency of the dryers. We would like to inform you that we have addressed the situation & had all of our dryers serviced& they are now working as good as new! If you have any additional problems please call the office at 603-668-3777.

Thank you to all residents for cooperating with us during the few weeks we were servicing your furnances. We are almost finished with this process & you will be placed on notice prior to the City Inspection of the furnances. Again, thank you for your patience & cooperation.

The following morning after a snow storm @ 8AM Monday-Friday and 9AM on Saturday & Sunday, all vehicles must be removed from the parking lots and may be parked on the main roadway while your lot is being cleared(parking on both sides of the road is permitted at this time only). Vehicles must be moved back into the parking lot and off the main roadway once your lot is completely cleared. Any resident vehicles with parking permits left parked on the main roadway after 4PM will be towed at the owner of the vehicle’s expense.

Vehicles that are not removed from the parking lot by the time stated above will also be towed at the owner of the vehicle’s expense.

If you are not assigned a parking lot and currently park on the main roadway – please see the office staff as we will need to make different arrangements for when it snows.

Please also note that resident(s) are responsible for their own walkways, main walkways will be cleared following the storm. All yards must be tidy and free of any lawn furniture, toys, etc.
