Snow Removal Procedure

In the event of a snow storm – there will be NO VISITOR PARKING PERMITTED while it is snowing.

 

The following morning after a snow storm @ 8AM Monday-Friday and 9AM on Saturday & Sunday, all vehicles must be removed from the parking lots and may be parked on the main roadway while your lot is being cleared(parking on both sides of the road is permitted at this time only). Vehicles must be moved back into the parking lot and off the main roadway once your lot is completely cleared. Any resident vehicles with parking permits left parked on the main roadway after 4PM will be towed at the owner of the vehicle’s expense.

 

Vehicles that are not removed from the parking lot by the time stated above will also be towed at the owner of the vehicle’s expense.

 

If you are not assigned a parking lot and currently park on the main roadway – please see the office staff as we will need to make different arrangements for when it snows.

The lots will be plowed in the following order; Lot B, Lot A, Lot E&F, Lot C, Lot D, and Lot G.

Please also note that resident(s) are responsible for their own walkways, main walkways will be cleared following the storm. All yards must be tidy and free of any lawn furniture, toys, etc.
